Kirkley Regeneration Projects - Urban Regeneration Company A company is being setup to focus on the development of the remaining land designated for regeneration. This will cover the area from the inner harbour through to Oulton Broad, including part of Kirkley. The redevelopment of strategic sites within the centre of Kirkley is seen as crucial as it will link the beach with the South Quay Development.
