This important “Urban Renaissance” scheme
will transform the infrastructure & environmental
image of the public realm in Lowestoft’s town
centre & South Lowestoft.
In forming part of the East of England Development
Agency (EEDA) Regeneration Plus initiative it will
help to strengthen the local economy through supporting
business and tourism.
The funding applications made to EEDA and the Government
Office for the Eastern Region (Go-East) for European
Regional Development Funding (ERDF) detail the scheme,
discuss its objectives, provide information on management
and funding as well as stating expected outputs, results
and impacts. The focus of this document is to clearly
show how the scheme will be delivered and how delivery
will be measured.
